On the morning of October14, 2016, Liaoning University of Technology (LUT) held the meeting of cooperation signing ceremony with Poznan University of Technology (PUT) from Poland.

President Tong Shaocheng of LUT and Academician Jacek Błażewicz introduced briefly about their respective university and recent achievements. They both hoped that this meeting would open the gate of the cooperation between the two universities in areas of computer, electronic and vehicle engineering to further the scientific communication. After the ceremony, President Tong issued the letter of appointment to Academician Jacek Błażewicz as the visiting professor of LUT.
